Roll Measurement System

GVI, Inc. and Xecutek Corporation installation of roll measurement system at a paper manufactoring facility. The system uses six ultrasonic transducers to measure the width (diameter) and lenght of a roll of paper then transmits the data to the PLC which controls the assembly line.

Designed the sensor embedded control system, developed the embedded firmware and wrote the software to intergrate the Ultraranger with the PC based roll measurement system
